Did an overnight stay on our way back from competing inTemecula California. This is going on the list of “approved” places I like to stay at when doing long hauls. Friendly, helpful, and just a good place to let my guy decompress after 12 hours hauling through the desert heat.

In my recent review I mistakenly called Griff's daughter Amanda and I meant "Ashley"! Sorry Ashley, you were the very best with my great grandson Cooper!!

My wife and I took our six year old Great grandson, and his mother, our granddaughter, on a trip thru the Rocky mountains on Amtrak two weeks ago and detrained in Grand Junction, co. Before we left I ask Cooper what else do you want to do in Grand Junction? He quickly answered, "Ride a real horse and get a real cowboy hat"! I set out to find him a real horse ride but most places I contacted said the kids needed to be 7 years old. I kept checking and found J.G.Ranch and talked to Griff, the owner, and explained what I needed for Cooper's horse ride. He listened and came up with the perfect answer for Cooper's ride! Griff with the help of his daughter Amanda, set up a one hour riding and horse knowledge lesson that Cooper absolutely loved and was a perfect answer for 6 year old Cooper's wish for a real western cowboy horse ride and at a very reasonable price! Thank you J.G. Ranch, Griff and Amanda! I highly recommend J.G. Ranch! 5 Stars! P.S.: And yes Cooper got his Real custom made cowboy hat to!

JG Ranch & Events Center is a place I would recommend for the best care for horses, and livestock. Griff the owner has a passion for people who want to learn to ride and loves working with children to build their riding skills. He took great care of my mustang Steeley over the last year he has worked with him on his training needs. He identified a medical need for chiropractic adjustment on Steeley and helped his back to feel better from a pinched nerve. I am looking forward to bringing Steeley home after a great experience with Griff. Highly recommend him for your kids and families. Thanks Griff and Ranch Hands at JG Ranch! Angela

Well kept facility. Experienced trainer and wonderful people. If you want to learn to ride and rope this is the right place to go!! Took my grand children, young ones, green horns, and they had a great time! What a way to spend a spring break afternoon. Thanks to all!!!
